“ If you seek a peaceful neighborhood friendly experience, this is the place! The service here is impeccable & I feel like I’m in a friends home each time I’ve been here, a handful of times now. I came in today @ 450 after seeing on google open till 6. I saw chairs going up onto tables & mentioned to very kind & accommodating woman behind the counter that google says 6pm close and to please mention it to whomever might change that. Valerie not only immediately checked into it, she also took great care of me for a to go order after my disappointment of not being able to sit down for an hour of this peaceful environment to continue a bit of research after the library closed. Thank you Valerie & all the staff here who are kind and lovely to spend a relaxed or a quick meal or tea etc with! ”
“ The place is good, and the food is of good quality. However, there is room for improvement in the service. It can be slow and a bit disorganized. We visit often, and almost always, they bring something different from what was ordered. For example, if it was supposed to be with oat milk, it would arrive with almond milk. If the eggs were meant to be scrambled, they come fried, and so on. They close so early. ”
“ Today I have a bad experience. No staff, nobody there and a coffee took 15 min to arrive and kind of cold. What is going on? A wonderful place with good food empty and no staff?? Owner you cannot let that happen! ”
“ This place is great for folks who have dietary restrictions. The menus is always labeled for gluten free, vegan, etc. there are plenty of options to choose from for healthy meals. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are great at making substitutions on orders if there are some small changes that you want to make. The gluten free bread is one of the best. They offer a really great chicken quinoa soup & also some vegan options. You can also download their app and pay at your table from your phone and earn rewards. I can't say enough good things about this place. ”
“ As a few other reviewers noted, service is lacking. The delay in getting my scone and cappuccino, easy items that aren’t even cooked, was ridiculous. ”
